Jonathan leads the Customer Success team at Axosoft by driving department strategy and providing value for Axosoft and GitKraken customers through a combination of educational resources, technical support and account management. He has a passion for education and training, and is the friendly voice you may have heard on the GitKraken YouTube channel. With both his engineering and management background, he approaches problems like logic puzzles, but with that extra human touch. To keep things balanced, he plays viola for the Tempe Symphony Orchestra
